Go Pro Baby!!
First time using my Go Pro. It went OK shouldn't have wore baggy shorts, it really cut the visibility. Other than that it went pretty well, will try mounting the Hero on my handle bars next time. Look for more videos shortly.

What a Day! Cure? a VFF run.
Man what a day has today been? Hectic day at work,then received a call from a company in Carlsbad that wants to set up an interview. This position sounds to be pretty good, i sure hope something comes of it. Even though the family and I aren't quit ready to move.
As soon as i rode home my son wanted to go to the park, they have this little water park area which is pretty fun. We played there for a while and finally made it home. I watched both the kids so my wife can get in a workout. I'm so proud of her, she just gave birth a month ago and is already working-out.
When she finally got done it was around 6:30,I figured if want to get out of the house for a run i better do it now. I didn't say anything to anyone just grabbed my VFF's and my Garmin GPS and was out the door. I only planned on running little over a mile, but i felt fast and fresh and new i couldn't just run a mile. I wish i could have ran farther but time permits.
Ugghh its 8:30 and i just finally sat down in my chair for the night. Time to get some rest and do the same-thing tomorrow.

Spartan Race
So my brother emailed me asking if I wanted to do this, seems pretty interesting.

Longest Run in my VFF's
This was my longest run in my VFF's. I was begining to get concerned that I am not going to be able to adapt to my Vibram Five Fingers, i have gone on numerous quick runs only to be hurting the whole time. I decided to stop wearing my VFF's and run with my nikes. They i wore my VFF during my daily activities and that sure helped me. I started running again this week in my VFF's and felt great.
